24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS
Your appointment is of the highest importance to us at Jimmy Bodur Male grooming and we hope to see you at your arranged appointment time. However, we understand that sometimes schedules clash due to unforeseen circumstances and adjustments are necessary.
We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

This is so we can offer your appointment to someone else on our waiting list. Failing to give 24 hours’ notice means we don’t have enough time to fill the missed appointment resulting in a loss of work and extended waiting lists.

We understand how easy it can be to forget your appointment, especially with how busy life gets. We will send a reminder 24 hours in advance to remind you of your booking and give you the opportunity to cancel or rebook should you need to.

CANCELLATION FEES

Failing to give us 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee, as outlined below:

  • When less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 75% of the cost of the service you have booked.
  • ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked .
  • For appointments made within the 24-hour period, no shows will be charged 100% of the price of the service booked.
Please note if you need to reschedule your appointment you will only be able to do so once. If you try to move the appointment again you will lose your slot.

Lateness and no shows due to travel issues will incur the same charges listed above. If you are unwell you must still give at least 24 hours notice to avoid late fees.

If you have missed your appointment, please do not rebook online. If you attempt to, the system will automatically cancel your booking. Please contact Jimmy directly to discuss payment of the cancellation and service fees and he will rebook your appointment following this.

This policy ensures we have enough time to offer cancellations to clients on our waiting list, keeps our team members’ schedules full, and helps us provide a high level of service.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL & TEXT

As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment by email and text as soon as you have booked and 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please make certain that you have filled in your contact details correctly, as we will not take responsibility for missed appointments due to being unable to reach you.

If you do not receive your confirmation within an hour of booking, please check your junk folders to ensure it hasn’t ended up there. If you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact Jimmy to ensure your booking has been processed.
