Treatments Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to carefully read our Terms & Conditions before booking your appointment. These apply to all treatments provided at Jimmy Bodur Male Grooming locations. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined below.
Bookings & Appointments
  • All treatments must be booked online via our booking platform.
  • Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details, location, and relevant policies.
  • A reminder email will be sent 24 hours prior to your appointment.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
  • Appointments may only be rescheduled once.
Client Eligibility
  • We are a male-only clinic.
  • Clients must be 17 years or older for most treatments.
  • Waxing services are available for clients aged 13–17 only with a parent or guardian present.
  • A parent/guardian must attend and sign a consent form for minors receiving treatment.
  • Laser treatments are strictly available to clients aged 17+ only.
Punctuality & Clinic Policy
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or refusal of service.
  • We operate on a strict schedule to ensure all clients receive their full allocated treatment time.
  • Repeated lateness or missed appointments may affect your ability to book future treatments.
Health, Safety & Treatment Suitability
  • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, skin conditions, and medications prior to treatment.
  • Certain medications or health conditions may prevent treatments from being carried out safely.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if we believe it may pose a risk to your health.
  • Treatments such as waxing cannot be performed over certain conditions (e.g., eczema, irritated or broken skin).
  • Failure to provide accurate medical information may result in insurance becoming invalid, and we will not be held liable.
Pre & Post Treatment Care
  • Clients must follow all pre- and post-treatment care advice available on our website.
  • Avoid intense exercise, excessive sweating, or long walks at least 90 minutes before waxing.
  • Proper aftercare is essential to achieve the best results and avoid irritation or complications.
Laser Treatment Agreement
  • A mandatory consultation is required before any laser treatment.
  • Consultation fee: £25 (redeemable against your first session).
  • Laser treatments require a 12-month commitment agreement.
  • If there is no contact or activity for 13 months, your agreement will automatically expire.
  • Any updates or changes to terms will be communicated to clients in advance.
  • By continuing treatment, you agree to any updated terms.
Payments
  • Card details are required at the time of booking.
  • First-time clients must pay a deposit to secure the appointment.
  • Remaining balances are payable at the clinic.
  • We accept card, cash, or pre-arranged bank transfer.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a charge.
  • By signing or agreeing to our policies, you accept all future late cancellation and no-show charges.

Behaviour & Conduct
  • We maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
  • Misconduct, inappropriate behaviour, or repeated lateness may result in refusal of service or permanent booking restrictions.
  • Respecting appointment times is essential to avoid disruption to our therapists and other clients.
Data Protection & Privacy
  • Your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
  • Our therapists are strictly prohibited from using client information for personal purposes.
  • Any misuse of client data is considered a serious offence and should be reported immediately.
Agreement & Consent
  • By booking or signing our treatment forms, you confirm that:
  • You have read and understood all Terms & Conditions.
  • You agree to all treatment policies, including cancellations and charges.
  • You accept responsibility for providing accurate health information.
