Hope all our Clients are Safe and Healthy

In the meantime, it is our highest priority to ensure both client and staff safety, so we have been putting in place measures to our Clinic operation, in line with all Government Guidance necessary to ensure a hygienic and safe environment.

Anti Covid-19 In-clinic Measures:

1. Pre appointment, every patient must answer Covid-19 questionnaire when you arrive as part of a normal risk assessment.

2.If you have had COVID symptoms or COVID contact less than 14 days before your appointment please inform us. You will not lose your deposit but we will re book for 14 DAYS post onset of symptoms or COVID contact.

3.You must attend appointments on your own within the clinic. Guests will not be admitted into the clinic.

4.Only enter the clinic on your given appointment time. If you do arrive early we will ask you to wait outside until you are called to be seen.

5.There will no longer be magazines in the waiting room or refreshments available in the waiting area.

6.You will be directed to wash your hands on arrival at the clinic.

7.All staff will be wearing the recommended protective equipment, which will be replaced after every patient, and the clinic room will be cleaned, as always, after every patient.

8. All payments must be card, unfortunately we are not able to take cash anymore .

9.We are sorry to say; some treatments’ prices have been increased may affect your treatment .Please visit our web page for new pricing .

10.Finally we will deep clean the clinic daily by a process known as ‘Fogging’.

In accordance with best practice, we will also be following Treatwell’s ‘Best & Elevated Hygiene’ guidance in ensuring our clinic space is safe for both our staff & clients.
