Jimmy Bodur Male Grooming – 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us, and we look forward to seeing you at your arranged time. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and schedules need to change.
To help us run smoothly and offer appointments to clients on our waiting list, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, we may be unable to fill the slot, which results in lost time and extended waiting lists. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder 24 hours before your appointment to give you the opportunity to confirm, reschedule, or cancel.
Cancellation Fees
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.
- Appointments made within 24 hours: If missed, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
- Outstanding balances from previous no-shows must be cleared before booking again. First visits after a no-show require full payment upfront.
- Male full body waxing: Full payment is required upfront. This is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Travel disruptions (e.g., train delays, cancellations) are considered personal issues and are subject to the same charges.
- Lateness: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged in full.
Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule your appointment once. Any further changes will result in the loss of your booking.
- If you have missed an appointment, do not rebook online. Contact Jimmy directly to settle any fees and rebook.
- Avoid double booking to hold a slot — the system will charge you for both appointments.
Appointment Confirmation
- You will receive an email and text confirmation when you book, and again 24 hours before your appointment.
- Please ensure your contact details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for missed appointments due to incorrect information.
- If you do not receive your confirmation within one hour of booking, check your junk folder. If it is not there, contact Jimmy to confirm your booking.
