• All treatment rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitised between every client
• We use single-use disposable materials wherever applicable
• Strict hand hygiene protocols are followed by all staff before and after each treatment
• Clinical waste is disposed of in accordance with UK health and safety regulations
• The clinic is cleaned thoroughly throughout the day and deep cleaned regularly

Client Health Guidelines

• Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, or any skin irritation in the treatment area
• Inform us in advance of:
• Skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities
• Recent treatments (e.g. laser, peels, injectables)
• Medications that may affect your treatment
• A consultation and health check will be carried out where required before treatments
• Clients must be 18+ for certain treatments (e.g. laser or injectables)
• We operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice
• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full
• This policy ensures we can manage our schedule fairly and respectfully for all clients

Appointments & Clinic Etiquette

• Please arrive on time for your appointment
• If you arrive early, we may ask you to wait until your scheduled time
• We kindly request that you attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements are made
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling

Infection Control Procedures

• All tools and equipment are either:
• Single-use, or
• Sterilised to medical-grade standards after each use
• Staff may wear appropriate protective equipment depending on the treatment
• Treatment areas are disinfected between every client
• High-contact surfaces are cleaned regularly throughout the day
• We maintain strict cross-contamination prevention protocols
