Treatments Terms and Conditions

Bookings
All treatments are booked online via the Mindbody online booking platform. After you have booked in you will receive a confirmation email outlining the time and location of your appointment and our cancellation policy (we recommend you read this before booking in). You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.
If you are unable to attend or need to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Should you fail to do so you will be charged the fees outlined in our cancellation policy.
Please note; you are only able to reschedule your appointment once.
Clients
We are a male only clinic and all clients must be at least 17 years of age to access any of the treatments we offer.
We are able to treat 13 – 17 year olds with a parent or guardian present. This EXCLUDES laser treatments. The guardian must sign a consent form in the clinic before the appointment.
Before booking in please take some time to read over the contraindications for your desired treatment. If you are unsure whether the treatment you want is suitable for you, give us a call or send over an email and we will confirm that for you.
If you are visiting us for the first time please plan your journey well in advance of your appointment. We are a busy clinic and stick to a strict schedule to ensure each client has enough time to complete their treatment. Because of this you may be turned away from your appointment if you are late.
Pre-treatment consultation for laser treatments
You must book a £25 consultation (refundable at point of payment) prior to any laser treatments. This is to assess your suitability for laser treatments as there are several contraindications to this treatment.
For all other treatments please ensure you read the pre and post treatment information to ensure you get the most out of your treatment!
Payment
When booking online you will be asked to fill in your card details via Mindbody. You will be asked to pay a deposit at the time of booking if this is your first time visiting us. Full payment will be taken at the time of your appointment.
You can pay by card, cash, or a pre-arranged bank transfer.
Cancellation
As outlined above, please give us at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the treatment you have booked.
If you fail to turn up for your appointment without letting us know, you will be charged the equivalent of 100% of the cost of the treatment you have booked.
