Treatments Terms and Conditions

Please take a moment to read our treatment terms and conditions before booking your appointment. These apply to all treatments offered at Jimmy Bodur Male Grooming locations.

Bookings
  • All treatments must be booked online via the Momence booking platform.
  • Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time, location, and a link to our cancellation policy (we recommend reading this before booking).
  • A reminder email will be sent 24 hours before your appointment.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees (see our cancellation policy for details).
  • You may reschedule your appointment only once.
Clients
  • We are a male-only clinic.
  • All clients must be at least 17 years old to book a treatment.
  • Waxing services are available for clients aged 13–17 with a parent or guardian present. Laser treatments are strictly 17+.
  • For minors having waxing, the parent/guardian must attend the appointment and sign a consent form in the clinic.
  • Please review the contraindications for your chosen treatment before booking. If unsure, contact us by phone or email for confirmation.
Punctuality & Preparation
  • First-time visitors: Please plan your journey to ensure you arrive on time. We operate on a strict schedule to give each client the full treatment time. Late arrivals may be turned away.
  • Pre-waxing: Please read our Before & After Care guidelines on our website.
  • Inform us if you are taking any medication that may affect your skin — waxing may not be possible in some cases.
  • Avoid intense exercise or long walks for at least 90 minutes before waxing to prevent excessive sweating, which may affect results.
  • We cannot wax over certain skin conditions such as eczema.
  • Your personal data is safe with us. Our therapists are not allowed to take client        information for personal use. Any misuse is a criminal offence — please report this immediately if it occurs.
  • All treatments are by appointment only. Arriving late may shorten or affect your service.
Laser Consultations
  • A first-time laser consultation is mandatory before any laser treatment.
  • This consultation costs £25, which is refundable against your first laser payment.
  • The consultation ensures you are suitable for laser treatment and checks for any contraindications.
Payment
  • When booking online, you will enter your card details via Mindbody.
  • First-time clients must pay a deposit at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is due at your appointment.
  • We accept card, cash, or pre-arranged bank transfer.
Cancellation
  • Our full cancellation policy is available on our website.
  • By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
